West Virginia road rage leads to semi-truck shooting incident

Scott Walker, 22, recently turned himself in after admitting to shooting at a semi-truck on Interstate 77 in Kanawha County, West Virginia, during a road rage incident.

The details: The incident occurred Wednesday afternoon, May 7. Walker allegedly fired two shots at a semi driven by 33-year-old Singh Gurpreet from Indiana, but thankfully, no one was hurt.

  • The shots struck the driver’s side door of the semi-truck, near mile marker 86.
  • Walker contacted Metro 911 to confess, and he surrendered his gun to police as evidence.

The charges: Walker faces charges of wanton endangerment and brandishing a weapon, reported WCHS News.

Walker was arrested following his confession, and court proceedings will determine the next steps. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident, making it more about accountability than tragedy.
