Truckers in Clarksburg, West Virginia, came together for a holiday event called Winter Truckerland, bringing joy to local children.

The event: Held on a Sunday at the Clarksburg Hobby Lobby, the gathering featured decorated semi trucks and an appearance by Santa Claus arriving on a bobtail semi.

Organized by Kyley Matheny, a trucker's wife, the event was aimed at spreading festive cheer and gathering toy donations.
Children were excited to see the colorful trucks and meet Santa.

Community impact: The toys collected during the event were donated to the Salvation Army's Angel Tree Program.

After the event, the toys were directly delivered to the Salvation Army, ensuring they reached children in need during the holiday season, according to WDTV.
