A truck driver ignored two "Water Over Road" signs and drove around barricades into floodwaters in Crittenden County, Kentucky, late on April 17th.
What happened: The driver maneuvered around barriers on KY-365 at 11 p.m., ending up in water but safely making it to dry ground.
- First responders arrived promptly, and the truck was ultimately pulled out by Stinnet’s Wrecker Service.
- The effort to recover the truck lasted until around 4 a.m. on April 18th.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident, and both the driver and truck were safely retrieved.
