A crash at an I-81 rest area in Weyers Cave, Virginia, left a Toyota Tacoma driver seriously injured on the morning of October 14.
The crash: A Toyota Tacoma was exiting the interstate when it lost control and struck a semi truck parked at a rest area entrance.
- The Tacoma driver, towing another Tacoma, was southbound on I-81 before the crash.
- After the collision, the driver was airlifted to UVA Health in Charlottesville for treatment.
