Speeding car crashes into stopped semi at busy intersection

Traffic camera video captured a wild crash at an intersection when a car smashed into a stopped semi truck.

What happened: The wreck took place while a tractor trailer was waiting at an intersection, with several vehicles lined up behind it. Suddenly, a car came speeding in from behind, tried to avoid the stopped line by swerving, but lost control and slammed into the side of the semi.

  • The car was dragged a short distance by the rig, before being pushed onto the shoulder.
  • The truck driver pulled away and didn't appear to notice the impact.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
