Semi truck crashes into New Jersey gentlemen’s club after collision

Early Friday morning, August 2, a crash between a sedan and a semi truck caused the big rig to plow into a gentlemen’s club in Hampton Borough, New Jersey.

The details: The collision happened on State Route 31 around 5:30 a.m. The force of the crash sent the semi off the road, where it hit a utility pole—bringing down live wires—and then crashed into the side of Obsessions Gentlemen’s Club at 159 State Route 31.

Firefighters helped the truck driver get out of the cab after the accident.
The sedan driver got out on their own.
Both drivers were checked by medical personnel at the scene but declined to go to the hospital.

Aftermath: The club building was left with moderate structural damage, and a Hazmat crew was called in to handle fluid spills. The crash is under investigation by New Jersey State Police and local agencies.

No other injuries were reported in the incident.
