Love's adds 44 new truck parking spots with complete store rebuild

Truckers in Oregon can look forward to more parking spaces and amenities as Love's Travel Stops reopens its Troutdale location with a full rebuild.

What's new: The store, at 400 NW Frontage Road off I-84 at Exit 17, now features 44 parking spaces specifically for trucks, freshly prepared Chester’s Fried Chicken, shower facilities, and a CAT Scale among other services.

Drivers can also make use of the Tire Pass In-Service Center and Freightliner ExpressPoint.
Laundry facilities add to the convenience for truckers on the road.

Expansion plans: Love's aims to open between 20 and 25 new stores throughout 2024. This would create 1500 to 2000 additional truck parking spaces within their network.

Alongside the new openings, 35 to 40 older stores will be renovated.
Notably, four of these will undergo a similar tear-down and rebuild process as seen in Troutdale.

With the newly updated location in Troutdale now open for business, truckers have more options for rest and resupply along their routes.
