Dump truck hits Target store, six people injured

A dump truck crash in North Bergen, New Jersey, left six people injured on Friday afternoon when the truck smashed into a Target store.

The situation: The crash occurred shortly after 2 p.m. on January 17, 2025.

The dump truck crossed into oncoming traffic lanes, striking a tractor trailer before crashing into the store.
A significant hole was left in the wall of the Target building.

Injuries: Authorities report that the incident resulted in six injuries.

Two people suffered serious injuries, two had moderate injuries, and two sustained minor injuries.
