Drowsy truck driver rolls over on I-15 in Utah

A semi-truck driver fell asleep while hauling double trailers, leading to a rollover crash on I-15 in Pintura, Utah on the morning of September 18.

The incident: The truck, hauling for FedEx, sideswiped another semi before overcorrecting and overturning. The crash happened around Exit 33.

Both trailers ended up on the grassy shoulder, causing minimal traffic disruption.
The driver and his co-driver were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Clean-up crews are working to drag the trailers through a roadside fence, reported Fox 13 News.
