Driver escapes unharmed after truck dangles off I-35 overpass

Early on October 31, a semi truck mishap occurred in Fort Worth, Texas. The vehicle veered off I-35, plummeting from an overpass during heavy rain.

The incident: Happened around 3:20 a.m. when the truck lost control, smashed through a guardrail, and ended with the cab upside down below. The trailer was left hanging against the overpass.

  • Luckily, the truck driver was pulled out safely with no major injuries.
  • The crash led to the closure of two northbound lanes as crews worked to clear the scene.

The accident caused significant traffic delays in the area as emergency services worked to recover the truck and secure the site, reported CBS News.

Thankfully, the driver emerged without serious harm, providing some relief amidst the chaos of the accident response.
