A. Duie Pyle opens new Camp Hill service center

A. Duie Pyle, a 100-year-old trucking company, has launched its first expansion for 2025 by opening a new facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

What's happening: The new service center sits on 11 acres at 475 Terminal Street, aiming to boost LTL (less-than-truckload) services with 85 doors.

  • This expansion creates 64 jobs, including positions for 35 drivers and 18 dock workers.
  • The location adds capacity to ease congestion from their existing York Service Center.

Why it matters: This move enhances A. Duie Pyle's network in the Northeast, supporting both local economic growth and the company's ability to meet customer needs.

John Luciani, COO of LTL Solutions at Pyle, expressed that the Camp Hill facility was an opportunistic expansion due to its strategic location near major highways according to the press release.

Looking ahead, the company plans to have over 150 employees at this center by the end of the year, focusing on new business growth.
