Semi truck stuck under low bridge in New Mexico

A semi-truck attempted to pass under a low railroad bridge in Grants, New Mexico, on Wednesday night but got stuck.

The incident: Happened the night of September 18th when the truck tried to go under the bridge on Fifth Street between Santa Fe Avenue and San Jose Drive.

The truck's trailer was damaged and became lodged under the bridge.
No injuries were reported.

Road closure: Fifth Street is closed while crews work to clear the wreckage. Inspectors need to check the bridge to ensure its safety before it can be reopened.

The accident is under investigation, and it remains unclear why the truck tried to pass under the low bridge, reported KOB 4.
