MedTrans, a branch of Medline, is actively working to boost female representation in trucking. Five women drivers shared their positive experiences with the company.

Career opportunities: MedTrans drivers start at one of Medline's 50 distribution centers, handle deliveries, and return the same day. This results in good work-life balance.

• “With MedTrans, you can make a good living while still being home with your family every night," noted Melissa Harriss from Basehor, Kansas.

Support and safety: The company emphasizes safety and offers mentoring programs. Tawyna Cancilla from Tracy, California mentioned the confidence and courage she gained through her mentor.
