Navistar to rebrand as International Motors, LLC in 2024

Navistar, a major truck manufacturer, is rebranding and changing its name to International Motors, LLC. This change will take effect on October 1, 2024.

Why it matters: The name change aims to reflect a shift in the company's focus. They are moving towards providing comprehensive solutions for truck and bus products, alongside a streamlined customer experience.

Mathias Carlbaum, the CEO, mentioned that this rebranding is an investment in the company’s future, offering enhanced customer engagements.

Background: Navistar merged with Scania, MAN, and Volkswagen Truck & Bus to form TRATON GROUP in 2021.

The company will also launch a new digital interface, My International, which aligns all customer solutions in one place, reported International News.
